Questions and answers
Is Legends.town right for my family?
It depends on your town. Legends.town works in places that have an edition, starting with Boonton and Pompton Plains, NJ. If you live in or are visiting one of them, you can plan a day or play a hunt in under a minute. If your town has no edition yet, there is nothing to plan there. More towns are on the way.
Do I need an account to plan a day?
No. You can plan, play a hunt and open shared links without signing in. You sign in with an email code only to save plans, use Ask the Legend or redeem a pass.
How do you know an event is still happening?
Every stop shows its source and when it was checked. Anything the app cannot confirm is tagged Verify or Check times, with a link to the original listing.
How does a gift work?
You pick the town, write a note and choose a send date. The recipient gets a private link and redeems the pass with their email.
What does the adventure budget do?
It lets you tell the recipient how much you are giving for outings. The app tracks what they spend against it, but the money itself goes from you to them outside the app.
